    How Booking Our Service Works

    1 -> Reach Out To Us

    01 Describe the nature of your project and what you hope to accomplish. Provide specifically what you want/need covered in the service.

    02 Tell us when (date(s), time(s), time of day) and where you would like us to fly. Please provide at least a couple of options that best work for you and we will do our best to schedule you for one of those days.

    03 We will review your project and determine what steps, if necessary, will be required to fulfill your request.

    04 We will then work to determine whether the FAA has any temporary flight restrictions (TFR's) for the date of your flight or if, for instance, we will need to submit request to the FAA for airspace approval. We check up until the morning of the flight as sometimes TFR's can be placed within a 24hr timeframe.

    01 We will follow up with you to ensure everyone is on the same page and to address any concerns and hash out any other details.

    02 We will Monitor the Weather the days before and hours up to your mission for any significant weather that could delay your planned mission. We will communicate to you any concerns, delays, or possible rescheduling as soon as we have data that suggest that it is inevitable.

    03 We will send our pilot to your location to fly at the determined time and place.

    04 Your pilot will gather all necessary imagery and/or data.

    05 We will then review and edit the imagery and/or date.


    3 -> FOLLOW UP

    01 We will notify you when our team has finished editing your imagery and/or processing your data.

    02 We will send you a Google Drive or WeTransfer link where you can download the imagery. In the case of projects that have the webpage or website feature, we will also send a link when the page/site is ready for viewing as well as notify you as/if it gets updated.



    What is your turnaround time?
    We prefer if you can give us at least one week notice prior to a mission; however, we understand that often you aren't afforded that much time and are happy to help you on a more streamlined timeframe if you need it. We can deliver edited still photos within 24-48 hours following the time of the mission, some edited video. Larger projects with larger amounts of photos and video and/or data (like maps/models) require a little more time, between 48-72 hours.  Otherwise, if you can hold tight a little longer, we ask that you give us at least 7 days... though most times it will be way less than that.

    How will I get my files?
    For most projects, we will deliver edited digital photos to you via Google Drive within 24 hours following the completion of the shoot. If your project requires additional post-processing work including mapping, video editing, or image stitching, delivery time can take several days. You will receive an email that includes a link to where you can download all of these files to a local device. If your mission included a webpage/site then you can also find the data there.

    Do I need to be on-site for the shoot?
    It is typically not necessary for you to be on-site for the shoot unless we need to to provide access to something; however, you are welcome to join us if you feel it will be beneficial. Our pilots are trained professionals and can capture high-quality data in just about any setting. Please note that if you do opt to join us on the shoot, scheduling times might be delayed as this will have to be coordinated with multiple parties. We will share our project intake form with you prior to scheduling the project. This form allows you to describe your preferences, goals, and objectives in full detail. Most of our clients choose to communicate online or over the phone. That being said, Please do not bother the pilot during any flight.

    What kind of weather would be best for the shoot?
    This depends on what you are trying to accomplish and your personal preferences. For marketing photos, many professionals prefer partly cloudy weather because of the abundant sunlight along with just enough clouds in the sky to display texture in the photos.

    Isn't Las Vegas covered by regulated airspace, I was told it is almost impossible to fly anywhere within the valley. Can you fly near airports?
    It depends. the valley is about 75% covered in Class B or D airspace. Although it is true there are some locations and areas that are either off-limits or have additional altitude (height) restrictions, we can fly near, or even at, most airports if we can obtain the necessary legal permission. FAA Certified Part 107 pilots, like us, can get approvals to fly in these areas with some coordination of the FAA.
